Facility Management
Our Engineer (Facility Engineer) will be working at your place as per your working hours will be maintaining your IT infrastructure.
Regular visit once in every month by senior engineer apart from Facility Engineer.
Calls will be attended on priority basis along with regular maintenance of infrastructure.
If Any material needs to be send out for external service will be taken care by the engineer, if any material during service needs to be replaced then it will be charged on actual by taking prior approval.
Escalation metrics are applicable in case of any concerns/issues.
Remote Support is also provided using Team Viewer, LogMeIn or similar
desktop sharing applications.
